Ultimately, WWE has been a company that has always focused on creating moments. Be it Steve Austin, bruised and bloody in a Sharpshooter, refusing to surrender, or Daniel Bryan beating the odds and standing triumphant at Wrestlemania 30; these are images that WWE fans have carried with them, through the years.
If Sami Zayn were to conquer the odds and emerge victorious, his cash-in would, quite possibly, blow the roof off any arena in the whole world. Fans have been invested in Zayn thus far because of his indomitable spirit, his optimistic and cheerful nature despite his many losses.

Much like Dusty Rhodes did against Ric Flair, Zayn represents the common man, and him cashing in his Money In the Bank briefcase would be a vicarious feel-good moment for the fans involved.
As WWE fans who watch the current product and are often let down, on a near weekly basis, we certainly do need some feel-good moments, don’t we?
