#3 Raw needs better heels

Which brings us to this point. The lack of heels on RAW has been a concern for a while now. Drew McIntyre is the only one that convinces with Psychopath persona but apart from him, no-one stands out.
While Superstar Shakeup is around the corner, Rollins is almost certainly not going to SmackDown as he has the title corresponding to RAW on his shoulder. As a result, RAW could have a great villain if he turns heel. It also saves WWE from…
#2 Monotony

Over the last year, this is something WWE have suffered with. Last year, when AJ Styles held the WWE Championship, he was a face. Roman Reigns, who was also a face, held the Universal Title at the same time.
Then, two heels – Daniel Bryan and Lesnar – won the WWE Championship and Universal Title respectively. And now, two faces once again hold the two most prestigious title in the business.
This leads to monotony and turning Rollins heel could change that.
