#1 To continue her rivalry with Becky Lynch

In the build-up to Survivor Series, we witnessed a couple of intense promos and segments involving RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch and NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler. Even though Bayley was also a part of the match, her build-up did not have as big an impact on the clash.
After Baszler made Bayley tap out at Survivor Series, Lynch did not stop and punished 'The Queen of Spades' to signal that their rivalry wasn't quite over yet. Lynch dropped Baszler onto the announce table and then delivered a leg drop through it to make both an impact and a statement. With that in mind, the company will be looking to take this rivalry forward sooner rather than later and make it into a big money-making affair.

To tell the story perfectly, they must allow Baszler to win the Women’s Royal Rumble just like Lynch did in 2019. This would allow Baszler to make the easy pick of challenging Lynch for the title, just like Lynch did during Ronda Rousey’s reign.
A match between the two at WrestleMania 36 could potentially be a show-stealer, and therefore the company needs to make the story as grand as possible to make the impact of the match as great as it can be.
