#2 The Miz made most storyline sense at this point
If you were to be asked, which superstar would be best to replace Daniel Bryan to face The Fiend at TLC, who would you suggest? The Miz is not only a babyface, but he has been directly involved with Daniel Bryan for a good part of his storyline against The Fiend.
He is the one who has been intertwined with Bryan throughout and the two men have a lot of history together as well. It's just that this time around, their feud, so to speak, has taken a different turn. Both men are babyfaces who dislike each other, but even The Miz has had to put his ego aside to admit Bryan's importance to the SmackDown brand and the company in general.
It's certainly an interesting development as a whole and the reality is that no other superstar made storyline sense to suddenly replace Daniel Bryan in such a situation. And the storyline is beyond any title, it's more of a personal grudge feud.
