#1 A build-up for the ages

The build-up to this match has been going on since last year's WrestleMania!

Charlotte was being groomed to face Ronda at WrestleMania 35 from the very start. This is the reason she broke Asuka's 6+ years long streak at WrestleMania 34. At Summerslam last year, Becky Lynch turned heel on Charlotte, to a chorus of loud cheers. This changed the entire dynamic of the Women's division.

Later on, Becky got punched by Nia on Raw and immediately garnered immense popularity. The reaction she got from the audience forced WWE to modify its plans for WrestleMania 35, and turn it into a triple threat match.

As time passed, the McMahon involvement and Becky's kayfabe injury hurt the storyline, but it still has been one amazing ride and needs to end at WrestleMania with Becky Lynch holding the Raw Women's Title above her head.
