#3 To usher in a brand new era
Last week, we saw how the McMahons assumed kayfabe control of RAW. Under the new regime, they said they will listen to the fans and promised a shake-up in the programming. So this change is being viewed as a positive, like it rightfully should be. This move is one step in the erasure of the Corbin era of sheer tyranny, that led to record viewership nadirs.
We know this to be the case considering Santa Claus presented it to us as a gift for the next year of programming. The idea is to present WWE as a reformed brand, one that listens to the fans and gives them exactly what they want.

Let's hope that this leads to an upswing when it comes to viewership and that numbers reach healthy figures again, in coming weeks.
