#2 To defend his wife in storyline

In storyline, doesn't it make sense that Triple H would defend the honour of his wife Stephanie McMahon? After all, Becky Lynch just assaulted her on Monday Night on RAW?
It's true that Stephanie McMahon acted like a heel towards the end, but the fact of the matter is the overall gist of her promo wasn't fully wrong. Telling a competitor, or rather, forcing a competitor to get medically checked for an evident injury isn't exactly a bad thing to do.
WWE has no plans for these former AEW wrestlers? Here's why!
Either way, say what you will, but for once, Stephanie McMahon wasn't fully wrong in what she said. Intentionally kicking her knee in "self-defence" isn't a babyface thing to do, but we'll ignore that for now.
So in a way, it does make sense that Triple H would stand up for his wife and berate the woman that attacked her. Moreover, defending Stephanie would mean instant heat for The Game.
