If you follow NXT or have been doing so for a while, you know that every single aspect of it, minus the camera work, is very different from the main roster. The presentation of superstars, the reactions, the creative process, the booking, and everything is miles apart from the main roster.

In many ways, fans have connected with NXT because it's simpler and so much more different than the main roster product, which can admittedly get tiring very fast; especially Monday Night RAW.
It's booked very differently from Vince McMahon's vision, and while NXT is meant to train superstars with regards to things like working the cameras, entrance timings, promos, in-ring ability, etc. that's only the core aspect of it.
The way the show is presented, it's not something that McMahon would go for, and he may very well know this, which is why he doesn't pay heed to NXT.
