#3 No other better option
Now, looking at the participants of this year's Money in the Bank Ladder match, one would assume any one of them could walk out with the briefcase. But we have to properly analyze each competitor's chances of winning. Randy Orton has the least chance of winning the contract since he has already won it once and remains the biggest name on the roster still wrestling full-time.

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
Other superstars who do not need to win include Braun Strowman and Baron Corbin; Finn Balor is currently the Intercontinental Champion, so it is likely there are other plans for him. That leaves Richochet, Ali and Andrade, all of whom WWE does not seem very interested in pushing at the moment. Drew McIntyre is thus the ideal option to hold the Men's Money in the Bank contract.
#4 A match against Brock Lesnar
We all know Brock Lesnar lost his Universal Championship at WrestleMania 35 against Seth Rollins and will probably face off with The Architect sometime in the following months. If Drew McIntyre wins the Men's Money in the Bank Ladder match and cashes his contract on Seth Rollins to become the new Universal Champion, he will automatically be added into the mix with a bang.
Then we could expect a match between The Scottish Psychopath and The Beast for the Universal Title. This match itself would bring tons of money to Vince McMahon. With Lesnar's current run possibly nearing its end, the onus is on WWE to use his star power to push the future top stars of the company.
