#2. To extend the programme till SummerSlam
As we said, this rivalry has the potential to be the best in years. Even if you keep heel turns aside, it's very possible to have a rivalry between two faces. In fact, three years ago, AJ Styles was in a similar position against Roman Reigns post-WrestleMania.
Styles had a feud against John Cena afterwards that spanned three programmes. While it's undoubtedly going to be hard to keep the rivalry going from May to August, that doesn't mean that it's impossible.
Can you imagine Seth Rollins vs AJ Styles at SummerSlam as well? It could be a marquee match up or even the main event, if there isn't already a bigger match. Either way, this feud shouldn't be a one and done. These two have been long overdue to cross paths, but due to being on different brands, haven't been able to. This time, it should culminate in the summer with a great blowoff match.
