There needs to be a long-term objective

The entire purpose of The Fiend character essentially gets negated and rendered useless if there is no long term objective to having him around. If they have him talk a big game just to lose, then it's not even slightly different from his previous run with the company.

But this time around, you simply know that it's different because of the way that he has been handled. They know that he is the type of character who should only be wrestling on PPVs - and not even every single one of them.

It's going to be interesting to see how they handle the situation because Seth Rollins is the brand's top babyface and you would think that they would protect him. However, it's The Fiend Bray Wyatt who needs more protecting at this moment and they need to keep it that way for a lot longer, at least until WrestleMania 36 - if that's where they plan to end his little streak.

However, they should keep his streak going on for much longer and have him constantly win for a much longer time. The payoff will be that much better.
