#2 The Universal Champion isn't around

Brock Lesnar is set to defend the Universal title at SummerSlam

The last time Brock was champion (he reigned from SummerSlam 2014 to WrestleMania 31), he only defended the title twice - once at Night of Champions and once at Royal Rumble. He wasn't even around during the fall, when he likes to go hunting.

This time, it has been more difficult, as Raw and SmackDown have only half the stars the WWE had back then.

If Lesnar really holds the Universal Title after SummerSlam, it means the Universal Championship won't be seen for a long time once again. That has been a big reason for the lack of entertainment in the WWE recently.

Meanwhile the IC Title will be treated as the top belt on Raw, and that didn't work out so well in the past.
