5 Reasons why WWE is still better than AEW 

#1 Bigger Name

Face it, WWE just has more name recognition right now!

Another thing even the biggest AEW faithful has to admit is the fact that WWE has more name recognition then WWE ever will.

Think about it! WWE is a publicly traded company, has a multi-million dollar deal with Fox Sports in the fall, has several of its stars making the rounds in the talk show circuit and has deep ties to some pretty powerful brands.

If nothing else, this is going to create an uphill battle for AEW from the jump and could lead to them becoming irrelevant before long.

Of course, that doesn't have to have to happen and probably won't be given the success of Double Or Nothing, but if company's and brands have to make a decision between AEW and WWE, its pretty obvious that the latter has the bigger name recognition.

In the end, this isn't saying that AEW can't grow into a mega company and even finally defeat WWE one day, but anyone that doesn't really that it is an uphill battle to achieve that is lying to themselves.

In fact, at the end of the day, name recognition is important and WWE is going to get the nob over AEW almost every single time.
