#1 Time as champion

Becky Lynch has been RAW Women's Champion since defeating Ronda Rousey in the main event of WrestleMania 35 and has grown a lot as a character since then. WWE even managed to magnify everything that made character of The Man great in the first place and even gave her some marquee moments to boot.
Sure, she didn't compete in the first ever women's match in Saudi Arabia and even lost The SmackDown Women's Championship after holding it for just over a month, but the gains the company made far outweigh the losses. In fact, between carrying the title for eight months, teaming with her fianc, Seth Rollins and getting to do a segment with The Rock, she has become arguably the biggest thing in WWE.

There is literally no reason to keep the title on her and the longer they do, the worse things could end up being. If nothing else, the title picture needs to move forward and do so in a way that is as organic as possible. That's not going to be an easy feat by any means, but could be easier if they do it sooner than later.
In the end, there is no shame in taking the title off of Lynch at this point in time. She has more than a enough memorable moments to fall back on and her persona can still be used in a lot of interesting ways.
