So like I've mentioned in my previous article, the word 'war' is not something that can be dished out in a PG product. In these politically sensitive times, the same word which was a part of their flagship show 'RAW is WAR' is no longer an option.
Therefore, Vince McMahon may have wanted to just change the WAR part, whereas he may be okay with the Raiders bit. While a raid is not necessarily a pleasant thing, it may not be as problematic a word for sponsors as the word 'war' is.

One of Sportskeeda's own writers Greg Bush suggested that these two gentlemen should be known as The Pillage People. And now, I cannot get that name out of my head at all.
Whatever the case may be, I do really believe that Viking Raiders is an improvment over The Viking Experience.
