On one occasion, Punkteamed up with Chris Jericho to take on Edge and John Morrison in Canada. Throughout the course of the match, Punk didn't tag Jericho in, and this didn't sit well with the latter. Things got ugly pretty soon after the match was done and dusted with. Jericho confronted Punk in a backstage area, with his argument being that fans might have paid to see him in action. This was just one of several incidents that prove that Punk could be difficult to work with on some occasions.
