5 reasons WWE made Sasha Banks quitting into a storyline

#1. WWE's Horsewomen vs. MMA's Horsewomen

The much-rumoured Horsewomen 8-woman tag match falls apart if Banks isn't with the company.

Sasha Banks, Bayley, Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch are the WWE's Four Horsewomen.

Together, the quartet brought the NXT Women's division to its arguable peak, and have done great things on the main roster as well.

But in recent years, fans have pondered about a feud between these four, and the MMA Four Horsewomen: Ronda Rousey, Shayna Baszler, Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir.

The match would, of course, be a huge draw, featuring eight incredible athletes. Of course, this all falls apart if Banks leaves the company.

If the match goes ahead, WWE need Banks to stay with them, and giving her something to do, they believe, will help convince her to stay. Whether this gambit will pay off is unclear, but WWE are certainly banking on it, pardon the pun.
