In what could be one of the most iconic segments in recent memory, the uncrowned Universal Champion was a victim of his own actions.

After defeating the Undertaker at WrestleMania 33 in a boring match, the fans were all ready to demolish the Roman Empire.

It's quite ironic that the company's Golden Boy got one of the biggest heel reactions in almost a decade. The WWE Universe did everything they could to express their dislike for the 33-year-old.

Chants like 'Go Away', 'Roman Sucks', echoed through the entire arena. The magnitude of the resentment he was getting only justified that the company was booking him the wrong way.

Considering that there were rumors that defeating the Undertaker would lead Roman Reigns to turn heel and move to the wrong side of the tracks.

However, it all ended up being a disappointing affair. Despite being a cracker of an idea, the segment destroyed Roman Reigns due to its poor booking.
