#2. Bret Hart and Natalya were attacked at WWE's The Hall of Fame Ceremony
Perhaps one of the most famous WWE fan attacks came back at the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony in 2019.
Bret Hart and Natalya were in the center of the ring inducting The Hart Foundation into that year's class when a WWE fan ran into the ring and took down both stars.
Several wrestlers then stepped in and the fan was then dragged off by security before being handed over to the police. Bret Hart was later able to describe the nature of the attack and the attacker's name was revealed as Zachary Madsen.
"I didn't see the guy until it was too late. I could tell something was happening but I thought it was a fight in the crowd. You never take anything for granted. I consider myself lucky that it was as insignificant of an incident as it was. Everyone thought I got punched and hurt and manhandled by that guy but it was more the other way around, I think," revealed Hart.
#1. Seth Rollins is attacked by a fan on Monday Night RAW
Last night's episode of RAW was dominated by the news that Seth Rollins was attacked by a fan on his way up the entrance ramp. This isn't the first time that Rollins has been on the receiving end of a fan attack, so the star was ready this time.
Rollins was rugby tackled to the ground but was able to get the fan into a headlock and ground him until reinforcements could come and drag him away. The fan has since been handed over to New York Police Department.
WWE later released a statement about the attack where it was revealed that Rollins suffered a swollen lip.
