#2 205 Live
The return of the cruiserweight division was a welcomed sight in the WWE, as the division was removed at the height of its obscurity back in the day. But now it seemed like it would succeed on all fronts.
For the most part, during the division's inception back in 2016, things looked great. From the success of the cruiserweight classic to the insane depth of the roster, WWE could not make a mistake with this product.
New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
However, three years later, things did not go to plan with the cruiserweight division. When you have a hugely underused star like Mike Kanellis calling the company out for not caring about the division, one should realise that things are not going so smoothly.
But the truth is that 205 Live puts on some truly beautiful wrestling, even better than what we see on Raw or Smackdown Live, but the problem is that fans have a sense of apathy towards the brand because it doesn't seem like much effort has been put into making the brand's narratives truly engaging.
With Triple H in charge, one would think that things would get better. While the brand has improved since 'The Game' took the reigns, here is a question for you, has anything really changed? The inclusion of Chad Gable in the show might improve things to a certain extent, but how far will it take the show in its goal in becoming an NXT-esque brand?
Right now 205 Live is sadly not a show that every wrestling fan is excited about, and that is due to the brand not hitting its peak. Wrestling enthusiasts of the cruiserweight product want to witness awe-inspiring wrestling with amazing narratives, but WWE are not doing the best they can do right now with the show.
#3 Women's Tag Team Titles
The idea of WWE having Women's Tag Team Titles was so hyped back in January, as everyone thought that those belts would be the saving grace of the women's division. And let me give credit where credit is rightfully due. WWE did do a good job with titles during the first few months, as Sasha Banks and Bayley made for great champions that elevated the women's division.
But ever since WWE controversially took the titles off the duo, it is sad to say that the titles are in a pit of obscurity. The IIconics, for all their faults, are the two most entertaining Superstars in the women's division today, but even they can't seem to catch a break from WWE's wishy-washy booking.
From staying put backstage to losing some truly important matches, Billie Kay, Peyton Royce and the Tag Team Titles are in desperate need of a resurgence, as the current state of these once promising titles is just disappointing to describe.
