#4 Tye Dillinger
Tye Dillinger joined WWE in 2006 and spent three years with the company before leaving. Four years later, he returned to WWE and enjoyed massive success in NXT. Despite not winning any championship, The Perfect 10 Superstar became a fan-favorite.
Three years later, WWE sent him to the main roster. Fans had huge expectations from Dillinger but he disappointment everyone. Every once in a while, he wrestled against top-tier Superstars, but only in a losing effort.

On February 20, Dillinger revealed that he had asked for his release. A few days later, WWE officially terminated his contract. The Canadian Sensation now performs as Shawn Spears in the independent circuit.
However, it doesn’t block him from Vince McMahon’s company entirely. Dillinger is a great performer and if he improves significantly, then WWE could sign him again. Rather than working on the main roster, he could rule the 205 Live brand or even NXT.
