The Bullet Club pairing recently enjoyed a lengthy reign as IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Champions, and there is certainly no doubt in the fact that both ELP and Ishimori are also brilliant as singles competitors.
Adding another Jr. Heavyweight in the ranks of the Bullet Club would allow either ELP or Ishimori to focus more on their singles career and that's where Lio Rush comes in.

Rush has always proved himself to be one of the most athletic Superstars to have stepped foot in the wrestling business, and the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion could easily find his rhythm in the Jr. Heavyweight Division.
The Man of the Hour is completely capable of working as a heel and would fit right into the Bullet Club. A tag team pairing with either Ishimori and ELP could work out in the initial stages for Rush and could eventually lead to him breaking out as a singles competitor.
