Booker T could certainly replace Corey Graves at the commentary table, with his signature sense of humor and over-the-top delivery. He already enjoys a great working relationship with WWE, so the transition should not be all that difficult.
One of the complaints with the commentary teams of the modern era is how curtailed they are, how they're not as explosive as the desks of the past. Booker T could infuse a sense of adventure, excitement, thrill, and drama into the proceedings.

#3 JBL could replace Corey Graves behind the commentary desk
Graves has played a heel for most of his WWE tenure in his color commentary role. If he is to be replaced, who better to do it than one of the greatest villains in the history of the company? JBL is a heat magnet and could root for the bad guy to such a degree that a sub-story is told in almost every match. JBL also enjoys a great relationship with Vince McMahon.
