#2 CM Punk
Are we ever going to rule out a CM Punk return possibility? We don’t think so. Because as long as Punk can wrestle, there’s a possibility he’d return to WWE.
Sting in WWE once again? More details HERE
While ‘The Cult of Personality’ works as an analyst on WWE Backstage, he might as well return in-ring soon. Although Punk claims to be working for FOX, which is technically true, we’ll count him as a WWE Superstar just because he’s working under the company’s banner.
If Punk is still famous among the fans and they want him to return, why’d WWE not do so? Triple H has said that Vince McMahon will welcome Punk back to the company, then why not?
Yes, the former UFC fighter doesn’t wish to wrestle again. But is it so? Many wrestlers have made similar statements in the past and most of them, in the end, agreed to return to WWE. Also, he always wanted to main-event WrestleMania, perhaps that could tempt him out of retirement.
#1 Hulk Hogan
Hulk Hogan will be ringside rooting for Goldberg during his match against The Fiend. One wonders why Hogan’s been taking Goldberg’s side. Perhaps a showdown with the Universal Champion himself? Bray Wyatt’s already taken out several legends with the Mandible Claw, so it’s a possibility.
Recently, Hogan tweeted something which reignited the rumors of his in-ring return. What could be that ‘something really big’ he’s talking about? Perhaps one last WWE match?
But could the 66-year old retired Hall of Famer prove to the world that he still has what it takes?
Just like Goldberg, fans respect Hogan a lot (despite the controversy), but will they be happy seeing him wrestle once again?
Most importantly, will WWE allow him to perform? Tom Colohue of Sportskeeda believes that Hogan will never be cleared to wrestle again because the company doesn’t want him to return. But his return is more likely to occur than that of CM Punk!
