Long-term WWE fans may not be aware of the rivalry between Seth Rollins and Corey Graves that first began whilst they were working in NXT.
Graves challenged Rollins for the NXT Championship and much like Rollins' recent match with Reigns, Graves was victorious but only via disqualification.

The star's retirement from the ring meant that the WWE Universe was denied a main roster feud between the two stars, despite several teases when they were working in developmental.
It's well-known that Rollins and Graves want to wrestle one another if given the opportunity, since Rollins Tweeted a response to Graves publicly when the former Champion announced that he wanted to wrestle again.
