#2 Shawn Michaels

We often see WWE Superstars break out new ring gear at big events like WrestleMania or historical first-time-ever occurrences. The first-ever Elimination Chamber Match definitely qualified as one of those occurrences.

So it would seem fitting that Shawn Michaels would want to commemorate it with a new ring gear. But it will probably be remembered for all the wrong reasons.

Shawn Michaels won the first-ever WWE Elimination Chamber Match

Michaels won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the first-ever Elimination Chamber Match at Survivor Series 2002. Unfortunately for him, it was his ring gear that night that might stick out even more so than that in the minds of fans. Brown tights, black knee pads, and cowboy boots, to be more precise!

Reportedly, this look came to be because the tights that Michaels commissioned for the show were not able to be completed on time. This accounted for the unfinished logos on the tights and overall lack of the usual flair that fans had been used to seeing in HBK ring attires.
