Drew McIntyre is arguably one of the best characters on the RAW brand. The Scottish Terminator should definitely not miss out on an opportunity to be part of the grandest event of the year. His rise to the main event scene has been comprehensive, and it is being rumoured that Drew may be the first in line to receive a Universal Title shot after Wrestlemania.

After a rather eventful 2018 for McIntyre, it seems like WWE are interested in paying off on all of the talent and potential that McIntyre has shown since he returned to the main roster.

Drew maybe involved in the Strowman-Corbin storyline as of now, but a wrestler of his calibre deserves at least a title match at the Metlife Stadium this April. An Intercontinental Title program involving Drew would certainly make fans interested in the bout. A win for Drew Mcintyre will provide him with his first singles gold in his second homecoming, and a clear signal that he is the one to look out for in 2019.
