#2 Shorty G
The fans had high expectations from the feud between Shorty G and Sheamus. However, since the Celtic Warrior was returning after a long hiatus, the company gave him an all-out push. The Irishman squashed the former SmackDown Tag Team Champion, destroying all the momentum that he generated from the King of the Ring tournament.
After that defeat, Shorty teamed up with Apollo Crews to take Sheamus down, however, the two fell short. The former American Alpha member is directionless and it would be great if WWE rebuild his character after WrestleMania 36.

Daniel Bryan recently showed how the Creative can use a veteran Superstar to elevate a young talent as the entire WWE Universe is behind Drew Gulak now. Similarly, Shorty G is another underdog character who could prove to be a valuable addition to the upper mid-card if he is booked properly. A feud with Randy Orton could do the job for Shorty.
WWE can have either of the two Superstars switch brands during the Superstar Shakeup, and go ahead in this direction. Shorty has tremendous in-ring talent, however, he has not received proper opportunities till now.
