#4 John Cena could become a WWE trainer/coach
Lifting weights and doing push-ups is in John Cena's DNA. Before he became a WWE Superstar, he was a professional bodybuilder. Cena knows a thing or two about gaining muscle and abs, plus his wrestling training in OVW under Jim Cornette provides him with the skills to train future WWE stars.
John Cena's incredible workout routine is very effective. Whenever he was taken out due to injury, he managed to return to the ring much sooner than expected. By training other wrestlers in the Performance Center, he'll be paying his dues and helping others get fit.
