#1 Shortest time spent in a Royal Rumble match
The shortest time spent in a Royal Rumble match may be a record that no one wanted to hold, but it certainly is a unique one. The Royal Rumble is one of the craziest nights in the wrestling calendar, and pretty much anything can happen.
In last year's men's Royal Rumble, not many of the first 13 Superstars to enter lasted very long at Brock Lesnar's hands. He threw each star out one-by-one with ease and was often left alone in the ring, waiting for the next entrant.
Charlotte Flair to return and wrestle a CURRENT CHAMPION?
However, WWE Superstars have spent even less time in the ring than the victims of The Beast Incarnate.
In 2009, Santino Marella lasted less than two seconds in the Royal Rumble. The former WWE United States Champion lasted a total of 1.9 seconds before getting thrown out by Kane.
On the women's side of things, a WWE Superstar spent not much more time in the Royal Rumble than Marella. In the 2019 women's match, Liv Morgan's entrance song had barely finished playing by the time she was dumped over the top rope by Natalya.
Liv Morgan hasn't had much luck in Royal Rumble matches during her WWE career, as she lasted only 44 seconds in the 2020 installment.
Is there a possibility of a WWE Superstar spending even less time in the ring than Santino Marella's 1.9 seconds this year?
