#4 The Boogeyman
When it comes to downright dark and disturbing, it's possible that nobody has sold a persona than the man behind The Boogeyman. His ring name alone denotes someone that sends chills. One of his trademarks is the witchcraft-voodoo appearance. The Boogeyman ate worms by the handful and would often force his favorite delicacy on other superstars. His most famous moment is likely his win over Booker T and his wife Sharmell at WrestleMania 22.

To this day, The Boogeyman shows up on special episodes of RAW and SmackDown and wherever stars from the past might appear -- clock in hand, and then smashed over his head.
He will never stop -- comin' to getcha!
#3 Kane
Since his debut in October 1997 when he ripped open the door of the cage to attack The Undertaker and give Shawn Michaels the win in the first-ever Hell in a Cell match, Kane has developed one of the most frightening characters of all time. He is referred to as the Big Red Machine. True to the word, he stands in just short of 7 feet tall and has been synonymous with his all-red outfit and walking through the fire and brimstone.
Kane's gimmick entails being able to summon fire above the top ring turnbuckle and inhuman strength. He can withstand some of the biggest blows from the largest opponents and keep moving forward. His signature moves include a chokeslam and the devastating Tombstone piledriver, two moves he shares with his in ring brother, The Undertaker.
