There's no doubt that Samoa Joe is the best heel in the WWE right now. The guy believes in everything he says and is focused on delivering results.

Despite losing to Reigns at Backlash, the Samoan's destined for greater things. With his last altercation with A.J. Styles, it seems possible that the former NXT Champion could be coming after the WWE Championship sooner rather than later.
Since there's no way Nakamura would defeat Styles at MITB, it would be a perfect opportunity for Joe to make a solid statement.
These two performers have delivered classics in the past, and with the most coveted prize on the line, they could make it more phenomenal.
Judging by how WWE has booked Samoa Joe recently, holding the WWE Championship seems inevitable.
