That seemed to be the overall theme Monday night on Raw, but the whole idea became completely bland after the first hour. While that had nothing to do with the talent that was featured, in fact, they all had very entertaining matches, but it ultimately meant nothing in the grander scheme of things.
New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
Think about it! Next week, those NXT stars will be gone and the stars that lost to them will be back on their respective brands in a worse situation than before. If nothing else, it was a lot of flash with little substance, especially since it had no overall bearing on the future of either. Maybe, its the start of WWE doing something extraordinary.
In the end, WWE is experimenting again and although one or two didn't exactly go to plan, that doesn't mean they won't go back to the drawing board to try again.
