#2 The Universal Championship has been changing hands a lot in the last year

From 2017 until 2019, the Universal Championship was dominated by Brock Lesnar. He beat Goldberg to win the title at WrestleMania 33 and held it for a year, with many believing that the objective was for Roman Reigns to inevitably dethrone him at WrestleMania 34 in the main event.
While that may have been the plan, WWE decided to pull a big swerve and have Lesnar win, extending his title run for a few more months. It lasted until SummerSlam 2018, but he won it back in Saudi Arabia a few months later after Reigns had to vacate the title.

After that, the objective was to get to WrestleMania 35 and drop it to Seth Rollins, which he did. Since Rollins won it at WrestleMania 35, the title has changed hands five times, going from Rollins to Lesnar to Bray Wyatt and then to Goldberg and finally, Braun Strowman.
WWE could repeat this with a short title reign for Strowman.
