To be perfectly honest, I think I could do a match tomorrow. I might be blown up but I’d be okay. It’s just from what I know with the WWE medical staff, they won’t allow. It is what it is, right?
It's been a really long time since Edge retired and who knows what kind of treatment the man has undergone since then but he certainly is in great shape even now. One thing that cannot be disputed at all is that wrestling fans love him just as fervently as they did back when he was at his peak and if he were to make a return, even for a very short match, the roof would blow off the building at once!
While Edge said that the WWE medical staff wouldn't necessarily allow it, if things have changed since then, in a safe setting, maybe they will!
