No two medical cases are the same but the fact that Daniel Bryan returned after being told that he will never wrestle again, is pretty much an indicator that being forced to prematurely retire does not indicate that your career is done. Bryan has gone on to do great things since his comeback, including becoming the WWE Champion and being part of several successful programs.

Not long ago, there were rumors that Edge had been spotted in the same town as Dr. Joseph Maroon. While that is not necessarily a confirmation of his return, it is a major sign that at least work is in progress to allow Edge to get back into the ring again.

How thrilled will the WWE Universe be if they get a chance to see their beloved WWE Superstar Edge back in a WWE ring, with his adoring fans chanting his name in unison? Even if it is just a Royal Rumble cameo, it is certainly a big deal for fans who've wanted him to return for a very long time indeed.
