There is an abnormally high number of stables in WWE right now. You have The New Day, The OC, Randy Orton with The Revival, as well as The Undisputed ERA waiting in the wings to claim the top spot. If gang warfare is the route WWE wants to take, it makes sense for The Wyatt Family to enter the fray down the line.

Survivor Series is fast approaching and provided that The Fiend becomes the Universal Champion at Hell in a Cell, a dominant showing by the Wyatt Family may be the best way for the character to ascend to the next level in WWE. There's only so much you can do with The Fiend as a character on his own, but adding his own army of minions by his side will certainly elevate things to a whole new level.
