#3. Daniel Bryan hasn't done anything to justify another Championship reign

Daniel Bryan was, is and always will be a World Championship-caliber talent. There's no denying it. It's hard to argue when WWE puts the title on him since he usually does a fantastic job barring any injuries.
However, this time around, Daniel Bryan hasn't done much to justify winning another World Championship. Sure, his popularity has stayed intact as he's turned face again, but unlike last year, the timing isn't right for him.
In November 2018, AJ Styles was a little over a year into his run as WWE Champion and it wasn't often that we got to see such long reigns with the title. Either way, the timing at that moment was right and WWE pulled the trigger in the first opportunity they got.
This time around, however, the timing doesn't work out well for Bryan nor does he have such great momentum that he needs to become a World Champion again. With that said, we can see him winning the title in a year or two.
