The Fiend, is he more popular than The Man?

Last year, Becky Lynch had all the momentum behind her. A subtle change in her character led to the debut of The Man. She is one of the most popular Superstars on the roster, and also one of the first women (along with Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair) to main event WrestleMania.

The second half of 2019 saw the debut of Bray Wyatt’s new character, The Fiend. At first glance, it became one of the most liked gimmicks of the modern era.

We know that WWE does all they can to protect certain characters and Wyatt is one of them. Vince McMahon can’t afford him to lose his title this early, and considering he’s still one of the hottest things in all of WWE, we think we made our point.

Also, Royal Rumble isn’t one of those pay-per-views, where we often see a World Title change. It would be interesting to see if this year’s Royal Rumble match winner would challenge The Fiend or Brock Lesnar. And that brings us to our next point...
