#4 Bayley as Smackdown Women's Championship
The Smackdown Live women's roster has struggled a bit over the past year and while WWE tried to make up for that by introducing a Tag Team title for the women, it still didn't do much to help the blue brand. What did help the blue brand, however, was WWE choosing to do something new and put the belt back on Bayley.
Not only did the win serve as a crowning moment for The Huggable One, who has been overlooked too often lately, but it also put an established star that wasn't Charlotte Flair back into the role of a champion. It also allows Bayley and Charlotte to act as a measuring stick for the other female talent and eventually pass the torch when the time is right.

In fact, between Ember Moon, Mandy Rose, Sonya Deville and Lacey Evans on the Wild Card Rule, there are a lot of options here.
