Orton is totally lacking in direction at the moment when he should be being recognized as a main event star. As one of the WWE's most established and recognizable performers, his current half-hearted pursuit of the US Championship makes little-to-no sense.

By returning to Raw, Orton can get back to his viper days of old or could help nurture younger stars as he did in his Legacy days. In any case, Orton needs a reboot and the draft seems the perfect opportunity to do this.
