Cole was rumored to be heading to RAW or SmackDown after finishing up his last feud in NXT, but he has just recently returned to confront Karrion Kross over the NXT Title.

Now, Cole's potential move to RAW or SmackDown may now be dead in the water with the company deciding to keep him as one of NXT's top draws, or they could be using his re-emergence in NXT as a way to make his appearance for either the red or blue brand more of a surprise.

Honestly, Cole is too big and too popular a talent to not be on either of WWE's biggest shows and they absolutely need someone with his presence to replace the stars that they've let go in recent months.

Just imagine hearing 'Adam Cole Baybay' every Monday night. It'd almost be enough to give RAW the energy lift it desperately needs
