Brock is currently enjoying the longest Championship reign of his career
Brock Lesnar will have held the Universal Championship for 301 days on Sunday night, which is not only the longest reign in the history of the belt that was only introduced at SummerSlam back in 2016 but also the longest World title reign of his career.

In the past 25 years, this is only the fourth world title reign that has lasted more than 300 days and it is second only to CM Punk's 434-day Championship reign that ended back in 2013. Coincidentally, it was the 2013 Royal Rumble that saw the end of Punk's Championship reign as well, when he was defeated by The Rock.
Given that there are rumours plans for Brock at WrestleMania where he would have held the Championship for a year, this could be a hint that he will retain on Sunday night.
