Another WWE SummerSlam outcome could be Roman Reigns defeating John Cena to retain the Universal Championship. Also on the card is a match between The Usos and The Mysterios for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship.

Could Roman Reigns turn on Jimmy Uso, for taking the pin during the match earlier in the night? We could get Jimmy vs. Reigns after SummerSlam, where The Tribal Chief could elevate him in the same way that he elevated his brother!

But what if the match goes the other way instead? What if Rey Mysterio eats the pin at WWE SummerSlam 2021 and Dominik Mysterio just can't stomach it at all, turning on his legendary father?

It could lead to a retirement match between Rey and Dominik Mysterio at some point where the latter takes his father's mask and brings his legendary career to an end. And in doing so, the young man becomes the new Rey Mysterio!
