It is customary for the challenger to make their entrance first and the Champion to enter the ring later. If the match is not a Championship match, it is usually the person being pushed, who enters last. For instance, in any match they are in, Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman are usually the last to make their entrance.
But WWE mixed things up a bit, as in this particular match it was the Champion who entered first, followed by The Rowdy One. A sign of a massive push for Rousey? Innocent mix-up? Time will tell.

The match itself ended in a shocking manner as Alexa Bliss cashed in her MITB contract when both the women were down, to become the new Raw Women's Champion. However, amidst the excitement, ring announcer Jojo mixed up her lines a bit. Instead of saying, Money in the Bank, she went on to say that Alexa Bliss was cashing in her Money in the 'briefcase' contract!
