WWE said that it was an error by a forklift driver that led to equipment falling on The Big Dog, and the speculation around who the forklift driver is has gone on for days.

We will most likely find out more details about this on this coming week's SmackDown show, with many predicting that the forklift driver could be Daniel Bryan, who has been teasing a "career-altering announcement" over the last few weeks.
