Ziggler returns
Ziggler made a surprising return to SmackDown Live on the road to Super ShowDown and attacked WWE Champion Kofi Kingston. Reportedly, WWE made the decision to push Ziggler because of Kevin Owens not wanting to go to Saudi Arabia. Kingston defeated Ziggler at Super ShowDownw with some help from Xavier Woods, but the match wasn't memorable in the least.

Now, Ziggler is getting another shot at the title at Stomping Grounds. The two Superstars have battled innumerable times in the past, and pitting them in back to back championship matches isn't helping ratings one bit.
Despite being possibly the most agile and athletic Superstar on the roster, Ziggler has lost his past aura which once made fans care about him, back in late 2014. Additionally, there was no way the fans would get behind this feud when WWE just let Ziggler return out of the blue, and put him in the WWE Title picture.
There are several Superstars on the blue show who could take Ziggler's spot and give us a bunch of fresh rivalries instead of WWE rehashing old ones and forcing pushes like this on the WWE Universe.

He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback.
