#3 The Revival

The Raw Tag Team Division is in an awful state right now. Don't get me wrong. Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler are doing a good job as the tag team champions and just wrestled possibly WWE's match of the year with Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose at Hell in a Cell. But neither of those four are full-time tag team wrestlers, and will soon move back into singles action.
The biggest reason for this dismal state of the red brand's tag division is because of the lack of bonafide and proper tag teams. Ever since The Bar and The Good Brothers were sent to Smackdown, WWE had to rely on temporary teams like Hardy/Wyatt and B-Team for holding the title. There's only one option that WWE has now to prevent their prestigious division from becoming obsolete, and that is The Revival.

WWE's booking of The Revival has been somewhat baffling since their debut back in 2017, which includes a burial at the hands of DX and The B-Team in 2018, but there is always a chance of redemption in this industry. WWE should have put the belts on them at Summerslam, and, even though they didn't, should consider doing the same as soon as possible. A tag division with The Revival as the champions and AoP as the challengers would reap gold for Raw and WWE.
