#2 Finn Balor

There was a time at the start of the year when it seemed that WWE might have finally decided to push Finn Balor as a legitimate main event star. After all, he was giving career-defining performances at the Royal Rumble, was fighting for a Universal Title shot at Elimination Chamber and wrestling sensational matches with Seth Rollins and The Miz for the Intercontinental Title throughout the Mania season.
Boy, were we proven wrong by the WWE. Apart from appearing, finally appearing, as the Demon King to squash Baron Corbin at Summerslam, Finn Balor has done exactly nothing in the last 4 months apart from smiling and getting humiliated by Corbin. WWE has a whole division in front of them for Balor to lead, and they are just using him to put over superstars who are way below his talent.

Ever since he feuded with Seth Rollins over the Intercontinental Title earlier this year, there have been a lot of demands of putting that illustrious title on him. It is the best option WWE has for Balor and the title after Seth Rollins' reigns ends in the near future.
With a lot of dream matches at hand, such as a dream match with Shinsuke Nakamura at Survivor Series, and gigantic rivalries with the likes of Kevin Owens and Bobby Roode, WWE should not wait anymore and finally put a title on Balor after 2 years. And Please, Get that smile out of his face.
