Why is he not a World Champion already?

Please WWE, Just give him the WWE Championship. Agreed that AJ Styles has done a good job as the WWE Champion in his reign, but now it's Joe's time to carry that prestigious title with pride. I mean, just look at his tremendous heel work during the ongoing feud with Styles. The man is a beast, a perfect championship material, and yet he hasn't tasted championship success even 2 years after his debut.

While it was heartbreaking to see Shinsuke Nakamura come short on every occasion during his WWE Championship rivalry with Styles earlier this year, WWE can't let the same happen to Joe. WWE is really short of phenomenal heels right now, and clearly, there is no one better at doing that than Joe. Plus, a run with the WWE Title, after almost a year of AJ Styles reign, would be as good a breath of fresh air as it was at the end of Lesnar's horrible reign.

Just take a look at the names with whom Joe can feud with the WWE Title in his grasp - Daniel Bryan, Jeff Hardy, Andrade 'Cien' Almas, and Randy Orton. All of them are just dream feuds that no one could have ever imagined a few years ago. Plus, AJ needs a break from the title scene after such a long reign, and a loss to Joe would have exactly zero effect on his credibility, but it would surely skyrocket Joe's stock in WWE.
